秦玉峰，教授，博士生导师。2014年博士毕业于南京医科大学公共卫生学院，之后在美国国立环境健康研究所（NIEHS）进行博士后研究，2020年作为引进人才受聘于南京医科大学公共卫生学院。课题组主要利用ChIP-Seq、ATAC-Seq、HI-C等表观基因组测序手段，重点研究肠道微生物与宿主染色质修饰及基因转录调控间的相互作用，了解其对疾病的影响，寻找有效的干预靶标。研究结果发表在NatCommun、Genome Biol 等杂志。目前论文谷歌总引用达一千多次，H指数18；担任 Arch Toxicol 等多个杂志的特邀审稿人。
