李煚，教授，博士生导师，国家重大人才工程入选者。于1990年在上海医科大学获得学士学位，1998年在荷兰ERASMUS大学获得硕士学位，2004年在丹麦AARHUS大学获得博士学位，博士期间师从著名流行病学家、国际流行病学学会（IEA）主席Olsen教授。研究领域涵盖慢性病和传染病流行病学、生命历程流行病学、健康大数据研究、生物统计学、儿童和妇幼卫生等多个公共卫生学科，在澳大利亚、丹麦、瑞典、欧盟和中国主持过17项科研基金，作为项目负责人（PI）科研经费超过450万欧元。以第一作者或通讯作者在New Engl J Med、Lancet、BMJ、Circulation、Diabetes Care、JAMA Pediatrics、Hepatology、Diabetologia、PLoS Med、 Neurology、Am J Gastroenterol、JAMA Network Open、BMC Med 等发表180多篇高水平论文。研究结果多次被纽约时报（New York Times）、英国广播公司（BBC）、路透社（Reuters）等国际主流媒体作为封面新闻（Front Page News）报道。
