李有，南京医科大学教授、博士生导师，常州市第三人民医院双聘教授，英国爱丁堡大学荣誉学者。主要从事传染病流行病学与传播动力学研究，入选国家重大人才工程青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金杰出青年项目，主持国家自然科学基金项目2项以及世界卫生组织、惠康基金会、钟南山基金会等专项课题和医药企业横向科研课题。获得2020年爱丁堡大学Ker Memorial奖、2020年英国博士学者奖（Doctoral Researcher Awards）自然科学组亚军等。
共计发表SCI论文100余篇，研究论著以第一/通讯作者发表在Lancet（2）、Lancet Respiratory Medicine、Lancet Infectious Diseases（3）、Lancet Digital Health、Lancet Global Health（3）、Lancet Microbe、Nature Communications（2）等国际高水平期刊。总被引8566次、h-index 40（谷歌学术，2026年10月），入选2024、2025年全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单。
担任世界卫生组织儿童肺炎与腹泻管理指南编写专家组成员、国际呼吸道合胞病毒学会（iRSVs）科学咨询组专家成员（ISAC）、第一届国家疾病预防控制标准委员会传染病标准专业委员会委员、中国疫苗行业协会呼吸道合胞病毒感染防控分会副主任委员、亚太流感控制联盟成员、中国疫苗行业协会医防协同医防融合分会委员，担任Journal of Global Health、Pediatric Investigation编委，担任Lancet、JAMA等期刊特邀审稿专家。
