冯晴,南京医科大学公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系教授,系副主任,博士生导师。2002年获得日本名古屋大学博士学位。之后在美国University of Newhampshire生化系做博士后, 2003年起在美国常青藤盟校Dartmouth Medical School 任Research Associate,从事癌症化学预防研究。 2008年11月被南京医科大学以学科带头人引进。2015年作为美国Rutgers大学的访问教授从事食物成分和疾病预防合作研究。目前担任营养学和食品卫生方面的中英文教学,并从事营养与慢性疾病预防、食品安全方面的研究工作。现为中国生物化学和分子生物技术委员会委员、中国老年学和老年医学学会抗衰老分会委员、江苏省生物化学和分子生物学学会副理事长、江苏营养学会理事、江苏省科协认定的科技传播专家。
