刘星吟

 2006年获得中山大学理学博士学位,2006-2015年10月,在美国Rochester大学从事微生物与宿主相互作用的生物信息学及机制研究。2010-2015年在美国爱因斯坦医学院从事孤独症关联基因的表观遗传学研究。2015年10月作为高层次引进人才受聘于南京医科大学基础医学院。2016年入选江苏特聘医学专家,同年9月入选南京医科大学特聘教授, 2017年入选江苏特聘教授,2021年入选江苏省333高层次人才计划(第二层次)。现担任南京医科大学肠道微生态创新团队组长。主要致力于肠道微生物与人类疾病关联的机制研究。承担科技部,国家自然科学基金和江苏省自然和社发项目基金多项。近五年以通讯作者在Cell Metabolism, GUTCell Host & Microbe, Gut Microbe等国际知名杂志发表多项原创性科研成果,应邀在知名期刊mLifeProtein Cell,《中国科学》等期刊发表肠道菌群与神经系统疾病相关研究综述和评论文章多篇,申报专利10项,其中授权2项,转化成果1项。
