肖杭，博士，教授，博士生导师，任江苏省应用毒理重点实验室副主任。兼任江苏省和国家食品药品监督管理局新药审评专家，中国实验室国家认可委员会技术委员会委员，中国毒理学会理事、江苏省实验动物管理委员会副主任、专家组组长，江苏省预防医学会劳动卫生专业委员会副主任委员，江苏省实验动物协会理事长。主编教材3部，参编10余部，先后主持国家级基金项目10项，子项目6项，发表SCI论文70余篇，获得中华医学科技进步奖，江苏省科技进步一等奖，二等奖，三等奖，南京市科技进步三等奖，333工程第三层次人选。
